David Ladner has been in the business for 10 years and has been the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Harmony since June 2020. After being in the business for 7 years and consistently breaking records on a regional and national level for RE/MAX, David decided to take the giant leap to become a Broker/Owner of his own RE/MAX franchise in the Greater Boston / North Shore area. The name, RE/MAX Harmony is representative of the way David and his team seamlessly practice proactive communication and best practices in order to consistently help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner.
David had been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services for his first 7 years in the business. Since 2015, David has repeatedly reached RE/MAX Platinum Sales and in 2018 he helped 38 families achieve their goals, which earned him national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He was awarded the prestigious Chairman's Club Award in 2018, 2019, and 2020, the Titan Club Team Award in 2021, and the Diamond Club Team Award in 2022. He was named to REAL Trends* "America's Best" list in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 ranking him among the top 1.5% of the 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States of America.
Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income.
He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate. David and his wife purchased a second home, a single-family in Reading, MA in 2015 where they are currently raising their three young children.

I would absolutely recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He made our condo buying experience so much more pleasant and less stressful than it would otherwise have been and really helped us get the home we wanted. From the very beginning of our search, David's communication, organization, and knowledge of the market and important factors in making a purchase made us comfortable and confident. He listened to our needs and worked with us to find properties we were interested in. At open houses he pointed out things we wouldn't have noticed on our own and he always listened to our thoughts to figure out how to help us find the best place for our goals. When we eventually found a place we loved, David went above and beyond to get our offer in the same day and communicated with the seller to get our offer accepted at asking price before any other bids were in. We truly believe his hard work and communication got us our dream home. Once our offer was accepted, COVID-related delays in land court meant we were unable to close until 6 months after our original closing date. During this time David worked with his team, our lawyer, our lender, and the seller to keep us updated on any developments. He negotiated a use and occupancy agreement so we were able to move in before closing and even had pizza delivered for us on our moving day. I can't say enough good things about David. He helped us purchase our condo several years ago and just helped us sell it recently. David sold our house in Everett, MA. He was very proactive, making suggestions about how to best prep the house to fetch a good price. He connected us with a painter, a carpet layer, and cleaner. He also did a great job adjusting for Covid-19 and got plenty of interested buyers to see the home.
